I've been using a small notebook to plan our weekly menu  for couple of year especially to plan our breakfast menu. Since we have such a big appetite for the first thing in the morning,it great to plan at least a week earlier for the menus and groceries shopping.

I do enjoy drawing up menus and groceries list every week during my free time at work. Only took about half an hour to do so.

As for menu weekly planning, we have a very full freezer at least can stand for a week.

Here is my 1st digital weekly menu start from Sun 17/4 until 23/4 . I'll post the recipe later .insyallah.
