With just a few simple steps, we had 'wollaaah'super moist chocolate cake for bukak puasa dessert!
A- 1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar( brown sugar)
1 cup vegie oil ( corn oil)
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup full cream milk
Combine all in saucepan pan, stir in low heat. Put aside.
B- 3 large eggs beaten with vanilla essence.
C- Sift 11/4 cup flour, 1 tsbp baking soda, 1 tsb soda bicarbonate in a large bowl.
Pour the B into the A, mix well..then B+A mix into C. Stir until mix well.
Pour the batter into the greased pan. Steam bout 1 h 15 minute.
The topping,
1 cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup full cream milk,
Into the saucepan, low heat, then pour onto the cake and decorate!
